Across London’s built environment, diversity and the role of women in the industry has been rising up the agenda. Examining a crucial question for the industry, this panel discussion will discuss what difference a diverse workforce can make to a company’s bottom line.

How can we show stakeholders, trustees, shareholders and others that working on diversity is financially worthwhile? Do diversity programmes and initiatives to encourage wider participation in the built environment pay off? How do we measure this?
NLA’s Inspiring Women programme celebrates, promotes and profiles inspirational women working across the industry to inspire others and provide opportunities to meet, network and develop skills.
*NB. This event has been rescheduled from its previously listed date of Tuesday 20 February*
