NLA visits Haringey for an in-depth look at upcoming development across the borough, hearing from the Leader of the Council and Director of Regeneration, Planning and Development.

Haringey is home to London's largest housing zone; Tottenham with delivery of 10,000 new homes. We examine delivery methods and the opportunities for further growth across the wider borough with a specific focus on Wood Green and its potential for 7,000 new homes and 4,000 new jobs. What lessons can be learnt for other outer London boroughs? With potential new stations in the pipeline connecting Wood Green, Tottenham Hale, Seven Sisters and Northumberland Park with central London, we examine what affect will Crossrail 2 have on the area.

A conference session hearing from key stakeholders will explore the planning, development and delivery opportunities across the borough and discuss what is needed to maximise development potential. Afternoon tours will then look at specific development areas in further detail, followed by networking drinks.
