London’s built fabric has to work harder than ever to support the capital’s many varied needs – from housing and leisure to workplaces and servicing, all within a constrained footprint. The importance of securing London’s economy has never been more apparent, so how do we ensure adequate provision of workplaces?

What spaces does the city need to provide to keep its talented businesses, and how can we successfully integrate this with housing to deliver the growth London demands? Where are London’s emerging mixed-employment centres being created? What methods and typologies are coming to the fore to create truly mixed-use developments? Are we providing the correct unit sizes and specification to support the ways people are working today?
