Bedfont Lakes

With major infrastructure projects including Crossrail and the expansion of Heathrow set to transform swathes of west London, areas such as Southall, Brentford and Ealing Broadway are responding to the enhanced inter-connectivity with large-scale intensification across a number of sites.

Able to significantly contribute to the densification of the capital, the developments taking place here will be key to the regeneration of area at large - so what steps should be taken to ensure Ealing and Hounslow get the best possible outcomes from an expansion of Heathrow? Examining the opportunities and challenges, this On Location event will discuss what is needed to maximise development potential across the area’s town centres, Housing Zones, brownfield land, and examine the impact of new transport routes on the viability of residential and commercial projects.

A morning conference session will examine the key planning, development and delivery opportunities in the area. Following a networking lunch, delegates can enjoy afternoon tours to examine development areas in further detail.

Key timings:
09:00 - Breakfast reception
09:30 - Morning conference
13:00 - Networking lunch
14:00 - Afternoon tours
16:30 - Close
