Five years on from London 2012 Olympic games, are we now starting to see the promised regeneration of this part of London?

In this talk we will hear about the New London Awards 2017 winner, Wickside, and the regeneration of Hackney Wick & Fish Island.

Awarded Overall Winner, Wickside is a 3.4 hectare canal-side development on the edge of London’s Olympic Park, commended by an international jury for creating a genuine mix of typologies and uses while retaining much of the area’s post-industrial character.
