As both London and Toronto tackle critical city-making issues, from tall buildings and suburban regeneration to waterside regeneration, this NLA International Dialogue will bring together experts working in both cities for an exchange of ideas and approaches. How can both cities learn from one another?

How is Toronto bringing together various stakeholders to create long-term sustainable communities within growing urban districts? What role do tall buildings play in the creation of new homes and how are they being developed in relation to the existing urban context? From the Royal Docks to East Bayfront, we investigate infrastructure, housing delivery and new working hubs in order to share best practice and think long-term about future living in both cities.

During breakfast in Toronto, lunch will be served at 13:30 in London, with the seminar beginning promptly at 14:00.
