Marking the first NLA speed mentoring evening, this event forms part of the NextGen initiative, bringing together the built environment’s next generation of talent with more established professionals for a night of encouragement and inspiration, creating an opportunity to discuss a particular challenge or seek career advice.

Mentees will spend 10 minutes with five industry experts, gaining insight from professionals working across different sectors of the industry.  
NextGen is an NLA initiative to support and promote emerging talent from across the built environment, providing opportunities for professional networking and the lively exchange of ideas, with the ambition of championing the professional development of the built environment’s future leaders.
