This PechaKucha will hear from architects and engineers working on innovative projects and ideas in the capital which will improve the way we live, work and play in the capital. How are designers responding to change and using innovation to improve London’s built environment?

PechaKucha (ペチャクチャ) was devised in Tokyo in 2003 by the English architect Mark Dytham and has turned into a massive global celebration of design, with events happening in hundreds of cities around the world. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat", it rests on a presentation format that is based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds.

Architects and engieers will rise to the PechaKucha challenge at Vision London, an event where architects, specifiers, clients and suppliers come together to discuss, debate and showcase the latest innovations and developments in architecture, design and the built environment. Vision focuses on innovative building products, materials and technology and provides ideas for new and inventive ways to achieve better building design and comply with changing legislation.
