Strategic Planning Manager


Colin is a planner and urban designer who has worked in London for the last 25 years.

He has been responsible for a number of major planning applications that have been referred to the Mayor, including the Shard at London Bridge and for the production of a series of strategic planning frameworks including the Vauxhall Nine Elms Opportunity Area Planning Framework. He currently manages the team responsible for dealing with the referred strategic planning applications and the production of the Mayors Opportunity Area Planning Frameworks. Colin has contributed to the London Plan and its review and represented the Mayor’s various public inquiries.
