As a campaigner in Waltham Forest, Simon has been credited as one of the key individuals outside the council to champion and shape its mini-Holland schemes.

As Infrastructure Campaigner at London Cycling Campaign for the last two years, he has lobbied City Hall, TfL and boroughs for more and better cycling infrastructure.
